Over the past 8 years, Chevron Enjoy Science project has been cultivating a new mindset and establishing connections to make comprehensive STEM education accessible to everyone, regardless of their professions or studies, whether it be science or art. The project aims to arm individuals at all levels with the 21st century skills, leaving no one behind. Today, as the 8-year project reaches its conclusion, it has helped establish a fundamental point for sustainable adoption of these principles into nationwide and regional models.

New Waves of Marine Conservation: A Look at the Third Decade of Marine Ecology Camp
The sound of waves colliding with the boat creates ripples, reflecting the distance far from the shore. This time, the boat carrying a group of young sailors embarked on the Andaman Sea from Phuket province. It sailed into the ocean with the excitement of the children and the hope of the conservation community in Thailand. Despite the numerous journeys the boat has undertaken, this particular voyage stands out as a mission creating “new waves” in the true marine conservation efforts for the Thai seas.

Dr. Siripong Angkasakulkiat, Assistant to the Minister from the Ministry of Education, presided over the STEM Synergy for Transforming the Future of Education event organized by SEAMEO STEM-ED in partnership with Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. At the event, the results of the 8-year Chevron Enjoy Science project were shared with government agencies, educators, and the private sector to offer an understanding of the project’s operations and methods.
