Chevron, SPRC, and partners award winners of Biodiversity Photo Competition at the International Day for Biodiversity 2024 ceremony
The Biodiversity Photo Competition, held for the first time in Thailand as part of the “Foster Future Forests” project by Chevron and SPRC, was a joint effort with their partners, namely IAFSW, ONEP, the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST), Kasetsart University, and Thammasat University.

Department of Mineral Fuels, in collaboration with Chevron and partners, hands over an ambulance to Koh Phangan Hospital
Recently, the Department of Mineral Fuels, under the Ministry of Energy, collaborated with Chevron Offshore (Thailand) Ltd. (COTL) and partners from Block B8/32, including Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Ltd. (MOECO), PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), Palang Sophon Company Limited, and KrisEnergy (Gulf of Thailand) Ltd. They presented a four-wheel ambulance equipped with essential patient care and emergency response equipment, valued at over 1.9 million baht, to support the hospital’s operations.

Chevron Continues 9-Year Consecutive Support for Somdech Phra Nangchao Sirikit Hospital
Pornsuree Konanta, Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., recently presented a donation of 300,000 baht to Captain Aranya Choeydee, Deputy Director of the Nursing Department at Somdech Phra Nangchao Sirikit Hospital, Naval Medical Department (NMD). The contribution was made to the Chevron Fund for Somdech Phra Nangchao Sirikit Hospital, NMD, which aims to assist the underprivileged.

Chevron’s successful reuse of wellhead platforms topside, making a historic milestone in the Gulf of Thailand
Over 40 years ago, Chevron played a vital role as the first commercial natural gas producer in the Gulf of Thailand. In recent years, Thailand has ushered in an era that set in motion the decommissioning of petroleum platforms. Chevron stands at the forefront in technology and innovation, leveraging world-class technologies, expertise, and extensive experience in operating in the Gulf of Thailand to support decommissioning activities in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Therefore, Chevron has initiated the “Topsides Reuse” project, a first-of-its-kind endeavor in the Gulf of Thailand aimed at reusing wellhead platform topsides.
